Our Memphis Tennessee Event Facilities Include:

Grand Ballroom
The Grand Ballroom is 10,800 square feet and can be divided with electronic airwalls into six smaller Ballrooms. The Grand Ballroom can accommodate up to 1,040 people in round tables of 10 people each. It is equipped with sparkling chandeliers and adjustable lighting for any event setting.  Each Ballroom section is self-contained with its own lighting and sound system.

Conference Rooms
We have 12 conference rooms and an Executive Board Room.  Our conference rooms accommodate from 8 to 80 people.  With various dimensions and square footage our professional Sales and Catering Staff can find the perfect fit for your next meeting or social function.

Garden Court
Our Atrium Indoor Garden Setting features a grand spiral staircase.  A gorgeous Tiffany stained glass gazebo highlights 4,900 square feet of banquet and meeting space.  Our spectacular five-story rock facade is perfect for indoor garden ceremonies with an outdoor feel or an elegant reception or tradeshow.  It is easily accessible from all areas of the hotel and adjacent to all banquet and function space.

Garden Court Rooms
We have 3 Garden Court rooms each seating up to 10 people. Located adjacent to our restaurant and easily accessible from all areas of the hotel, they are perfect for a small luncheon or dinner gathering.

Pre-Function Area
The hotel has over 1,300 square feet of flexible registration/exhibit space with immediate access to outside entry and adjacent to the Grand Ballroom. With easy access to all meeting and banquet space, this pre-function space can be adapted to meet all of your needs.
